PRAYER EMAIL MINISTRY
Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.
The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. James 5:16
Timonium Presbyterian Church (TPC) is a church that believes in the power of prayer. E.M. Bounds once said, “The Church upon its knees would bring heaven upon earth.”

TPC’s Prayer Email team desires to help you invite the Body of Christ to join you in prayer or in praise. We also wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to pray with and for you, and to remind you of TPC’s Prayer Email guidelines.

The following is an response that is sent out when you send a prayer request to TPC’s Prayer Email at prayer@timpca.org. It summarizes the principles that guide us in this prayer ministry.

Thanks again...and remember, “Nothing lies outside the reach of prayer except that which lies outside the will of God.” – J. Blanchard

GUIDELINES WHEN UTILIZING TPC'S PRAYER EMAIL

"Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” - James 5:16

Thank you for contacting TPC’s Prayer Email. This email is one tool of our prayer ministry. By using this email tool, you agree to and understand the following:

-
Your prayer request(s), if approved for distribution through TPC's email system, will be communicated to the public at large.
-
You are seeking prayer for yourself, or you have been authorized by another to submit a request. That is, if you are submitting a prayer request for another person, then you must have his or her explicit permission to do so – regardless of any familial relationship.
-
ALL prayer request(s), to be approved, will be edited for form and substance. This may include, but is not limited to, editing names, situations, relationships, diagnoses, and other specifics as warranted. *You agree to this editing process by requesting prayer to be communicated through this medium.*
-
Not all prayer requests submitted will be communicated publicly. We seek a balance between informed intercession and prudent communication.
-
It may take up to 48 hours for your approved prayer request(s) to be communicated to the public at large.
-
If you have an urgent prayer request, instead of using this email tool, please contact the church office at 410-252-5663, or contact your shepherding elder.
Remember, even when we edit your prayer request(s), the Lord Jesus knows the specifics of your situation. This is a comforting thought, especially when we read in Matthew 6:8 that - “…your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.”

Thank you for utilizing TPC’s Prayer Email!
