Timonium Presbyterian Church functions under the Presbyterian form of church government. Our church is governed by Elders (presbyters) who are elected by our church members.

Our Senior Pastor and Ruling Elders comprise the Session, and are responsible for the governance and spiritual oversight of the church.
​
Our Deacons are servant-leaders who minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the members our church body. They are also elected by our members and serve three-year terms.
Dr. Nick Ganas has been the Senior Pastor of TPC since 2005. For over thirty-two years he has been laboring for Christ in California and Maryland churches. Dr. Ganas is a graduate of Covenant College, and received his Masters and Doctorate from Westminster Theological Seminary in California.
He is committed to biblical discipleship (Life on Life), and is passionate about seeing Jesus Christ, and His Word, impact people’s lives.

His mission trip to Uganda, Africa, in 2013 reminds him daily of the transformational power of the gospel.

MRS. ANNE ANTHONY
Music Director
Anne has been a member of TPC since 1984, when she moved to Baltimore, MD with her husband, Jim, so he could complete his Pediatric residency at the University of MD Hospital.
​
She has a B.M and M.M. in Piano Performance from the University of Louisville. After serving as a Sunday School teacher many years, she became the pianist for TPC, and then Music Director in the Fall of 2008. Anne has been happily married for over 30 years and has three daughters and one son - Claire, David, Amelia and Eliana.
MRS. GAIL BAITY
Executive Director
Gail and her husband Peter have been members of TPC since 1999. She has volunteered in various ministries of the church over the years, including Sunday School, TPC's Kids' Clubs, Women's ministry, and TPC's Youth ministry. Prior to her employment at TPC, she worked in the non-profit industry for several years, and also as a pre-school aide. She and her husband are grateful parents of their two children.

Gail came to faith in Jesus Christ at a young age, and enjoys seeing the members of Christ's body use their unique gifts and talents for God's glory and the benefit of one another.
MRS. DARLENE KALB
Darlene has been a member of TPC since 2010 where she is finding God’s call for her after twenty-six years of raising and homeschooling her four kids.
​
With a business degree, Darlene has also been a licensed foster care provider. In her early career she worked for the federal Department of Justice.
​
Darlene has been married to her high school sweetheart and best friend for over 32 years, and she is a 7-year cancer survivor, having been blessed to receive a living organ donation from her oldest son.
Darlene enjoys spending her free time with her new grandbaby, with her family playing games, getting outside, meeting with her friends, and debating the issues God lays on her heart.
